The history of Acvila Grup began in 1992, when the holding was founded by Nicolas NICULA. Today, we are an ambitious industrial holding dedicated to driving growth and setting new market trends. Our goal is to be a globally recognized leader, a company built on the foundation of customer trust, competitor respect, and partner appreciation.

Our anchor business, the Moldabela carpet factory in Ungheni, has served as the backbone of our operations for decades, demonstrating our commitment to quality manufacturing and international export. Building on this core, we have diversified into a portfolio of real, operating assets across Moldova and Romania, including logistics, commercial real estate, hospitality, and sport.

With seven strategic projects and approximately 26 hectares of land under management, we combine decades of industrial expertise with a forward-looking strategy. Every asset in our portfolio reflects our focus on long-term value, sustainable development, and operational excellence.
