Multi-Sport & Tennis Club Development
9 courts on 2.9 hectares of urban Chișinău land
- 2.9 ha Urban land
- 8 + 1 Outdoor + indoor courts
- 1,500 m² Facilities
- Year-round Play
The Acvila Tennis Club is an established athletic facility on a 2.9-hectare urban plot in a developing district of Chișinău. Eight outdoor courts and one indoor hardcourt keep the club playing year-round; two buildings totaling 1,500 m² house the administration, a café, locker rooms, and a gym.
The club has a working membership base, coaching programs, and a recognized name in Moldovan tennis. What it occupies, 2.9 hectares of city land, is the larger story: urban plots of this size in Chișinău are scarce, and the site supports far more sport, wellness, and commercial program than it carries today.
- Courts 8 outdoor courts plus 1 indoor hardcourt for year-round play.
- Two buildings 680 m² and 820 m², housing administration, a café, locker rooms, and a gym.
- Gym & café Member amenities supporting daily use and retention.
- Active club Members, coaching staff, and tournament history.
The project aims to transition from a traditional tennis club into a premier, year-round multi-sport and wellness destination:
- 01
Infrastructure upgrade
Modernize current facilities and player amenities to premium standard.
- 02
Padel expansion
Add padel courts; padel is the fastest-growing racket sport in Europe and reaches a wider paying audience than tennis alone.
- 03
Aquatic center
Construct a swimming pool to anchor the wellness offer and smooth seasonality.
