About the Asset

The resort occupies three hectares inside the Codrii Moldovei forest, one of the country's protected natural zones, about an hour from Chișinău and close to the Ungheni corridor toward Romania. The site has been operating for years as a destination for weekend tourism, family stays, and corporate events.

Guests stay in 18 cottages spread through the forest plot. The complex feeds and entertains them on site: a restaurant, a wine cellar for tastings, a sauna and hot tub, and an outdoor swimming pool. Around 6,000 guests come through each year.
